Brig-Gen. Sani Kukasheka-Usman, Rtd, a former director of Army Public Relations, claims that the military was shocked by President Bola Tinubu’s attempted coup.
According to Usman, the military is now aware of how critical it is to align with Nigerian society.
During an appearance on Arise Television, he said that the military has changed over the past 15 years.
