Following his appointment as Nigeria’s ambassador to Germany, Femi Fani-Kayode has thanked Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Additionally, Fani-Kayode thanked God and expressed gratitude to the president for what he called the honor of serving the nation in a diplomatic capacity.
“I thank President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for this great honor that he has bestowed upon me, and I give God the glory for my posting as Nigeria’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany,” he wrote on X.
“I am genuinely humbled. I pray that God would lead, guide, and prepare me for this new role. He will also continue to watch over, bless, and preserve Nigeria, my dear motherland.
He continued by saying that the appointment humbled him and that, as he gets ready to embark on the new task, he prays for divine direction.
