Reports says Eguavoen has already sent an official letter to the NFF on his resignation.

This development is not unconnected to the early exit of the Super Eagles from the FIFA world cup after they couldn’t defeat the clack stars of Ghana.

However, the embattled Coach is yet to sign the proposed two-year contract for the Super Eagles job which he was handed two days before the first leg of the World Cup play-off against Ghana.
