The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 presidential election.
The apex court in its ruling dismissed the appeals by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar and his Labour Party (LP) counterpart Peter Obi.
The Appeal brought by Peter Obi was dismissed in 5-minutes. The apex justices held that the issues for determination was same as that of Atiku’s appeal except for issue 4 which has to do with double nomination of Kashim Shettima.

It went ahead to dismiss the appeal saying that it would not go over to repeat what it had treated before now.
