Club bouncer who allegedly stabbed a yet-to-be identified adult male to death in Ago Okota arrested as police investigates the crime

On 7th October, 2024, at about 11:30pm, the manager of a club and lounge located at Ago Palace Way, Okota, reported at Ago Division that a yet-to-be identified adult male suspected to be a hoodlum was allegedly stabbed by the club’s bouncer, one Kingsley Oti ‘M’, during an altercation between the two at the club’s car park.

Reports stated that the victim fell unconscious after the stab and was rushed to Lagos State Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, Mushin, where he was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.

The scene of the crime was visited by detectives from the Ago Division as well as the hospital where the corpse was inspected and photographs taken. The corpse has been transferred to the mainland General Hospital morgue in Yaba for autopsy. Meanwhile, a suspect has been arrested, and an investigation is in progress.
