Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Advisor (NSA) of Nigeria, has been called a hypocrite by Tigran Gambaryan, Head of Financial Crimes Compliance at Binance International.
The Chief of Defense Staff, General Christopher Musa, reportedly described on Thursday how the Canadian embassy refused to provide him and other senior military personnel visas.
General Musa said that the Canadian embassy refused to provide him and the other top military officers visas for the event that was scheduled to honor veterans on Wednesday.
“Every setback is a blessing,” Musa stated during the National Association of the Institute for Security Studies’ (AANISS) inaugural annual lecture in Abuja. On Wednesday, I was supposed to be in Canada. Our presence was intended at an event honoring our troops and those wounded in combat.

During his talk at the AANIS lecture, Ribadu called the visa denial a disdain to Nigeria.
“We appreciate you having the guts to say that Canada refused your visas.” They can burn in hell.
We are peaceful and strong, and I agree with you that it is time to fix our nation, despite the fact that it is hurtful and disrespectful. He added, “But this is another reason we put a lot of effort into making Nigeria work.”
In response to the report, Gambaryan, who was imprisoned in Nigeria by the NSA’s office, claimed that Ribadu had no right to protest the treatment of individuals invited to Canada as he showed the same treatment to him and other people invited to Nigeria.
