Pascal Dozie, the founder of the now-defunct Diamond Bank and the former chairman of MTN Nigeria, has passed away. Tours of Nigerian culture
Family Sources reports that Dozie passed away following a brief illness. The unwavering businessman was born on April 9, 1939, into the family of Catholic catechist Charles Dozie. He received his early education at Our Lady’s School Emekuku, Holy Ghost Juniorate Seminary, and Holy Ghost College, Owerri, where he passed the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

Following that, he traveled to the UK and attended the London School of Economics, where he earned a B.Sc. in Economics.
In addition, he studied industrial engineering and operational research before graduating from City University in London with a master’s degree in administrative science.
Dozie’s wife, Chinyere, and five children survive her.
