Early on Tuesday, April 16, 2025, in the morning, unknown thugs carrying guns and cutlasses stormed Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s family home in the Obeiba-Ihima neighborhood of Okehi Local Government Area, Kogi State.
The attack happened at roughly 1:00 a.m., according to intelligence sources, and at least three armed people were responsible for the building’s damage, which included breaking window panes.
The event was swiftly reported to the appropriate security authorities by Yakubu Ovanja, the Senator’s Chief Security Officer.
Okehi Division security personnel were quickly sent to the scene after receiving a distress call.

Security teams have photographed the damage, and preliminary investigations are continuing, despite the fact that no arrests or injuries have been reported.
