As Naira Marley is accused of being responsible for the death of singer Mohbad, Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has defended the musician.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Okorie reportedly characterized Naira Marley as a compassionate and reserved someone who had previously demonstrated her charity and support.
She recalled how, on one of her previous birthdays, he gave her a sizable gift and supported her in a manner that no other person in the entertainment business had.
According to Okorie, the encouragement she got from Naira Marley was unique in a field that she characterized as being full of jealousy and hatred.
The artist, in her opinion, has never displayed violent or confrontational tendencies and is still a calm and kind individual.

She stated: “I was surprised by Naira Marley on one of my birthdays approximately three or four years ago.” He gave me a large sum of cash. I gasped. He encouraged me, something no one else has ever done for me in this evil field where you and I know that others are merely envious of you for nothing more than being yourself, being brave, speaking your mind, and putting in so much effort. Individuals will simply be envious of you.
“I was too kind to Naira Marley. Even he doesn’t speak. He’s not a warrior. Even he doesn’t speak. My acquaintance, Naira Marley, is a kind person.
Because of his claimed involvement in Mohbad’s premature death, Naira Marley has continued to face criticism from the public.
