Abuja-based Bishop, Son arrested for allegedly mutilating an unidentified female body and dumping her remains in a canal.

Two Ministers of a Church in Kubwa, Freedom Chapel Intl., a father, Bishop Amadi & his son, Apostle Kelechi Amadi, have been arrested by the Police in connection with the killing and mutilating of a lady simply identified as Anita.
Recall, that a female mutilated corpse, suspected to be that of a corps member, was dumped under P.W Bridge, Kubwa, in the early hours of Monday, June 20.
Police operatives attached to the Federal Capital Territory Command arrested the suspects hours after a tricycle rider reported that he conveyed the three sacks used in concealing the remains of the victim and those of the animals.
A source who spoke to Daily Trust said, “The son lied to the tricycle rider that the sacks were scraps and asked him to take them to the PW Bridge dumping site. The rider charged him N1,000.
It was the following morning after the baban bola (scavengers) broke the bags in their usual search for items that they discovered the contents and alerted people. The information got to the tricycle rider and he voluntarily led the police to the church.
They were both arrested and the church building sealed by police operatives.”
More information provided by sources says that both father and son pushes the act of murder to each other, father says son killed the unidentified lady while son says father did it all by himself, he only offered to help dispose the body.
It is unclear if the lady was truly a girl friend of Kelechi or if she is a random lady captured and murdered for ritual purposes.
