Following her son’s first birthday celebration, a fresh round of internet controversy broke out, prompting Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa to deliver a stern warning to her colleague Lizzy Anjorin.
The altercation reportedly happened after Dayo threw a lavish celebration for her one-year-old son.
Iyabo Ojo and Mercy Aigbe were among the many well-known figures from the film business that attended.
Viewers said the band’s lyrics sounded like veiled barbs at Lizzy, and clips from the celebration went viral.
Later on Thursday, Lizzy claimed the performance was directed at her and accused Dayo and Iyabo of being disrespectful on Instagram Live.
In response, Dayo warned Lizzy to quit involving her child in any online controversy in an angry voicemail that is currently circulating online.
Despite Lizzy’s attempt to visit her after giving birth, she made it apparent that they are not friends and reminded Lizzy of previous problems that caused her to separate herself.
Dayo claimed that since she didn’t have Lizzy’s phone number, she replied via Instagram messaging, just as Lizzy had previously contacted her to congratulate her on the birth of her baby.
“I don’t want to have problems with you,” she stated. We are two parallel lines that will never cross. We’re not pals. After I gave birth, you called me out. You also mentioned that you wanted to come see me and the baby, but I respectfully denied due to your arguments. I hope this is the last time you ever mention my baby’s name in your video. I don’t make jokes with my kids. You won’t like it if you do it again, and my response will be outside of social media. Respect yourself and stay in your lane. By the time I’m done with you, people will feel sorry for you if you exploit my child for your video antics. I have no desire to interact with you at all.
