Renowned communication strategist and leader of Sheriffied Delta Media Group of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Olorogun Barr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, JP, has again predicted that the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Senator Augustine Ovie Omo-Agege, and his party will not be able to win one local government area in the forthcoming 2023 governorship election in Delta State.
He made the prediction while speaking to newsmen in Asaba on Tuesday 25th October, saying that the governorship candidate of the PDP, Rt Hon Oborevwori Sheriff Francis Orohwedor, shall win in the three senatorial districts and in all 25 local government areas of the state.
Oghenesivbe who is also the Executive Assistant on Communications to the Vice Presidential candidate of PDP and Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, said Senator Agege does not have campaign manifesto and therefore not ready for election and governance.

The PDP strategist pointed out that Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E agenda cum manifesto designed for advancing Delta, contains policies and programmes that shall take Delta to the next enviable level in terms of infrastructure and socioeconomic development, job and wealth creation, qualitative education, quality health care services, sports development, peace, security, social harmony, et al.
He assured the good people of Delta State that Oborevwori-Onyeme blueprints shall encourage investment incentives and tax holidays to encourage meaningful public-private partnership that would expand economic growth and huge industrial investments in critical sectors, attract inflow of direct foreign investments, greater funding for agriculture and skills acquisition to boost entrepreneurs potentials; increase funding for Yagep, Step, Rysa, Girl Child Empowerment and others.
Oghenesivbe noted that because Oborevwori have a printed and well articulated manifesto to facilitate good governance from May 29, 2023, Deltans can hold him accountable to deliver on his electioneering promises, pointing out that Senator Agege cannot be held accountable because he did not promise Deltans anything, other than his propaganda against PDP.
According to him, APC ruined Nigeria and no right thinking Nigerian will vote APC next year. Nigeria is in huge debts, our Naira is worthless under APC national government, our educational sector is destroyed completely, the health sector is in comatose and our best doctors were forced to relocate to other countries, insecurity and inflation is at its highest point and the nation is is darkness; no electricity, no jobs and our people are dying per second across the country. These are the achievements of Senator Agege’s APC, a dead party.
Okowa’s EAC described Senstor Agege as the leader of expired, depressed and confused politicians who ordinarily should either be a farmer or a petty contractor, because he lacks legal justification and moral integrity to govern judging from his past antecedents as a mace runner who was also rusticated from practicing law in America because of the grave criminal offence of perjury and criminal falsification of clients documents.
He assured Deltans that Oborevwori’s tenure from 2023 to 2031 shall bring about meaningful development, opportunity for all Deltans, realistic reforms and enhanced peace, security and social harmony in the state, urging all eligible voters in the state to vote for the PDP and her candidates across board.
“Senator Agege and Delta APC lack political strength and grassroots penetration to win one local government in the forthcoming 2023 elections in the state. APC only exist in Delta State to fulfill all political righteousness and nothing more.
“More than half of Agege’s campaign committee members are from his Orogun village and Ughelli North LGA, a strong indication that APC and Agege lacks spread and political relevance to win one local government in the forthcoming general elections in the state.
“Agege could not make one policy statement during the inauguration of his campaign council
on Monday, pointing to show that he was never ready and not ready at all for complex leadership responsibility. His Deputy Senate President position was a gift by Mr President, for truncating foreseeable impeachment in his first tenure. Agege’s’s unstable and unscrupulous character cannot be overemphasized.
“Agege’s DSP position was a gift. He does not deserve it, and he is not a suitable material for the office of governor of any state in Nigeria, not in Delta State. His past antecedents stinks and come 2023, the excessive local content governor in waiting, Oborevwori shall sweep the polls in a landslide victory, winning all 25 local government areas in the state.
“Agege cannot match Oborevwori at the polls. APC does not have electoral value in Delta State. Recently,.over 75 percent of Agege’s political and personal aides resigned and defected to PDP. Agege lack integrity and ability to provide credible leadership within his moribund APC party in Delta State. He cannot handle state affairs.
“The capacity, competence, popularity, integrity and political swag of PDP governorship candidate, Oborevwori, shall retire Agege from politics in 2023,” Oghenesivbe said.
