Vinicius and his Real Madrid squad have had a difficult season thus far, both at home and on the continent. They are now ranked second in the Spanish La Liga and were eliminated from the UEFA Champions League.
Individually, the Brazilian football player has been having a great time at Real Madrid, scoring 105 goals and dishing out 79 assists in 311 games across all competitions.
His on-field conduct, however, has periodically come under fire, prompting FIFA to investigate his circumstances further.
Concerns have been expressed regarding Vinicius’ ownership interests in a number of professional football teams, which may be in violation of FIFA’s global rules, according to MARCA.

The FIFA Ethics Committee received a complaint from the Brazilian company Tiberis Holding Do Brasil on April 7, which sparked this investigation.
The accusation raises the possibility of ethical regulations being broken, particularly the one that forbids players from directly or indirectly owning professional clubs.
According to reports, Vinicius owns shares in the Portuguese team Alverca and the Brazilian squad Athletic Club de São João del Rei.
Vinicius might be subject to severe repercussions if convicted, such as being forced to leave these clubs or being suspended for up to two years.
