Georgina Onuoha Demands Action Against Blessing CEO Over Fake Cancer Claims of N13 Million

After confessing to making false claims about breast cancer, Nollywood actress Georgina Onuoha has called for the arrest of controversial relationship guru Blessing Okoro, also known as Blessing CEO.

According to reports, Blessing, the CEO, addressed public rumors and provided clarification regarding her cancer diagnosis in an interview with the well-known web program “Young and Healthy Bros,” which is hosted by content creator Egungun.

Blessing emphasized that she had recently gotten the biopsy findings and clarified that misunderstandings had contributed to some of the confusion about her status.

Blessing claims that she has not yet begun chemotherapy and is still awaiting additional testing to ascertain the precise stage of her cancer.

The CEO of Blessing acknowledged receiving ₦13 million from Nigerians in response to the criticism surrounding the cancer incident, but she declined to provide an apology or reimburse anyone.

Georgina stressed that asking for donations under false pretenses was far more serious than fraud in a lengthy post on her Instagram page, characterizing Blessing’s actions as concerning and just unacceptable.

She clarified that Blessing exploited people’s sympathy by playing on their emotions, which she saw as dishonest and exploitative.

Georgina maintained that manipulation, deception, and financial exploitation cannot be used to gauge love, rejecting Blessing’s statement in an ARISE TV interview regarding utilizing the cancer prank to test who loves her.

The film star said that the Nigerian Police and EFCC should take the issue seriously, pointing out that Blessing CEO’s activities damage real patients with life-threatening illnesses and erode public faith.

“What Blessing CEO has done is deeply troubling and outright unacceptable, not just disturbing,” she wrote. This could initially seem like just another attention-grabbing ploy. However, it turned into something much more serious—fraud—when you started asking for donations while pretending to have stage 4 breast cancer.

“You informed folks that you were very sick. You used empathy to your advantage. And they offered financial help and empathy in response. It isn’t a joke. It is dishonesty. That is a deliberate act of financial exploitation by all standards. All money received under that fraudulent claim must be reimbursed.

The second problem is the alleged use of a fabricated medical report. A physician has come forward and made it very evident that you are not the owner of the report that is being shared. This was apparently confirmed by another doctor. This raises grave issues about identity theft and forgeries. This is illegal as well as immoral.

“You can’t plan something like this and then write it off as a “test” to discover who is in love with you. Financial exploitation, deceit, and manipulation are not ways to gauge love.

“What you have done seriously erodes public confidence. Genuine patients facing life-threatening illnesses are the true victims in this case, in addition to the donors. People will now be reluctant to assist individuals who are actually in need as a result of acts like yours.

For this reason, accountability is crucial. This woman should be taken into custody by the @officialefcc and @nigeriapoliceforce. There must be repercussions, complete compensation, and legal accountability if these accusations are verified.

“This is not amusement. This isn’t drama on social media. This is a major offense, a betrayal of public trust, and a violation of goodwill. It’s unacceptable what you did, Blessing. It also shouldn’t be disregarded.
