The Special Assistant to the Governor on Gender, Khadija Sidi Suleiman, has been removed of her duties by Jigawa State Governor Malam Umar A. Namadi.

This was said in a statement that was released and signed by Malam Bala Ibrahim, the Secretary to the Government.

The development is effective immediately, according to the statement.

Additionally, it was established in the statement that she no longer has any rights or advantages related to her role.

The document instructed her to immediately turn over all government property under her control to the Jigawa State Government’s Secretary’s office.
