An advocacy group under the auspices of the United Nigerians Against Crimes (UNAC), has faulted what it describes as the disjointed judgement on the Kogi State governorship election by the Supreme Court
The apex court last Friday upheld Governor Usman Ododo’s victory
in the November 16, 2023 election
The five-member panel dismissed the appeal filed by the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate, Murtala Ajaka, for lack of merit.

The statement read: ‘The Supreme Court’s decision is a clear demonstration of bias and disregard for the principles of justice.
