Kano Gov. Kabir Yusuf commerces demolition of buildings on government land sold by Ganduje’s administration.

The Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, on Saturday, June 3, commenced the demolition of buildings on government land sold by the immediate past administration of Abdullahi Ganduje.

The demolished property, a three-storey building with 90 shops, is located on a race course at the Nasarawa GRA.

The demolition was personally supervised by the governor who’s an engineer by profession. He was accompanied by the police commissioner, Muhammed Gumel.

Recall that Abba Kabir Yusuf shortly after being declared governor-elect, thr£atened to demolish buildings in the state on public properties.
