Award-winning Nigerian artist Kizz Daniel, whose real name is Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, has asserted that complications accompany wealth.
The “Woju” crooner reportedly expressed this in a post via X, saying that having money does not always translate into happiness.
He cautioned that material wealth had hidden costs and said that many affluent individuals feel depressed despite their fortune.
Additionally, the artist warned against idolizing wealth and the false sense of contentment on social media, which frequently conceals feelings of loneliness, anxiety, or discontent.

Kizz! According to Daniel, he still lives like a pauper every day and that money follows him rather than the other way around.
“Those who are wealthy don’t tell others the truth about money because they want to feel superior,” he continued.
“Why does happiness always fade when money comes?” he wrote. I am referring to the true kind of happiness, so forget about all the phony love and fake happiness you see online 🙄. Despite having money, a lot of individuals are unhappy.
Money chases me instead, and I still live like a poor man every day 😂. Guys, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t want wealth; I’m simply saying that troubles come with having money. People that want to feel better than me won’t tell the truth.
