Man-Management and Welfarism: How ACP Afegbai Igbafe Gets The Security Work Done In Area ‘E’ Command.
By Onome Naomi
In recent times, we have seen gallant police men change the outlook of what the general public seems to percept about the Nigerian Police, ACP Afegbai is one who had given a new outlook from a creative mindset towards achieving goals while setting standards for policing in a serene environment.
Naomisopyblog barged into the decoration of newly promoted police officers of Area E who were being proudly decorated by the ACP in charge of the command Afegbai, he commends the officers to spur them into greater achievements while doing the job earnestly.
In one of the media chat while getting to know the commander, he stated that being diligent to work is something he doesn’t joke with noting that policing as a career has exposed him enough as well as given him opportunities he wouldn’t have gotten ordinarily as he further rebukes those who aren’t proud enough to admit the fact that policing has done enough for them.
Taking a quick look at the environment, the changes exacted in the premises of the Area E Command is highly noticeable , great changes effected within a short space of time unlike its former look which is unspeakable. This new outlook that is catching to the eyes and very impressive seems to also be intact in terms of security, the officer in charge is hardworking enough to put all in place to enable a secured and well conducive environment for officers to be well coordinated while discharging their various duties diligently.
Commending officers of Area E, Naomisophyblog observed some level of neatness and decorum judging by the standard set from the officer in charge. As well as topmost coordination, no loitering , no noisyness or unnecessary chatting, a commendable coordination that speaks volumes.
