AC Milan striker, Alvaro Morata, has disclosed that he divorced his wife, Alice Campello because she was not willing to leave Spain and join him to Italy.
The Spanish international left Atletico Madrid at the end of last season and signed to join AC Milan in the summer transfer window.
In an interview with TVE, Morata, who has four children with Campello, strongly denied any suggestion of adultery, insisting that they both decided to end their relationship.
Morata, who joined Atletico from Chelsea, said his wife was not willing to leave Spain, faulting his yet another move.

“It’s false. I was never unfaithful to her, she is the most important woman in my life.
“I am very clear, the relationship is over, We have a great relationship for the well-being of our four children, although there is no turning back.
“We were both clear that we preferred to end the relationship and start from there.”
The former Real Madrid and Chelsea star added, “Alice wanted to stay in Spain and didn’t want another move.”
