On Monday, Oba Otudeko, the attorney for the Honeywell Group Chairman, who is accused of committing a N12.3 billion fraud, appeared before a Federal High Court in Lagos to contest the case.
The court was informed by Mr. Bode Olanipekun (SAN) that he was objecting because Otudeko had not received the charge, and two other people were also accused.
The council for the three defendants is Olanipekun.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) brought the 13-count indictment against Otudeko, ex-First Bank Plc. managing director Olabisi Onasanya, and ex-Honeywell board member Soji Akintayo.

They were charged with Anchorage Leisure Ltd., a company.
The EFCC claimed that the accused used deceptive means to collect the money.
