Kanu’s case was reportedly adjourned indefinitely by Justice Binta Nyako in an Abuja Federal High Court on Monday.
In the opinion of the IPOB leader, Justice Nyako should not sit through a case in which she had excused herself.
Kanu responded to the case’s adjournment by stating that he is entitled to advocate for Biafra. He asked why the allegations in his case were always changing.
“Judge Nyako should have done what Nigerian law required her to do,” he continued.
