Nigerian Brand Influencer Cum Monalisa Stephen, a Nollywood actress, died following a brief illness.
According to reports, Seun Oloketuyi, CEO of the Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards, confirmed the demise in an Instagram post on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
Oloketuyi stated that the plus-sized actress died on Tuesday, May 13, due to low blood sugar and internal hemorrhage.
He further stated that the deceased actress’ sister verified her death.
He stated, “Brand influencer Monalisa Ayobami Stephen passed away yesterday in Lagos after a battle with low blood sugar and internal hemorrhage. Her younger sister confirmed the passing of this diligent and wonderful soul.”
