Following the postponement of his reinstatement, public affairs commentator Adeniyi Ifetayo has opined that Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara is not in a desperate attempt to retain his position.
Recall that the six-month state of emergency that was established on the state in March was lifted on September 17, and that Fubara, his deputy, and members of the State Assembly were reinstated.
