The music duo Peter and Paul Okoye, popularly known as the now-defunct Psquare, have come under fire from Nigerian comedian Seyi Law for not endorsing President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
According to reports, Seyi Law accused the musicians of being hypocrites in a recent interview with media personality Teju BabyFace.
The comedian said that the artists were dishonest in their support of the All Progressives Congress (APC) government, stating, “You knew If APC had brought Osinbajo, you would still have used the emblem of Buhari to oppose him.”

Seyi Law remembered how the twin brothers, who have turned against Tinubu, sang and danced at the inauguration of former President Muhammadu Buhari.

“The same people who oppose the APC today once danced on the stage during Buhari’s inauguration,” he remarked. These same coworkers who show up today to wave umbrellas, or who somehow start waving cock or another political party, aren’t always perfect.

“When Buhari was inaugurated, the same individuals who now oppose the APC danced on stage. “E do not take it easy.” They did it for Buhari, and now Tinubu is the enemy. They sang and danced, and the people were happy.

“When these people speak, I just chuckle because they claim that we would have backed Osinbajo if he had been brought by the APC. Is he a different Yoruba man? Quit being hypocrites; you all knew that you would have defeated Osinbajo by using Buhari’s symbol if the APC had brought him.
