The Super of Nigeria has risen in the most recent FIFA World ranking of national teams, which was made public earlier today, April 3.
The Super Eagles enjoyed a decent run during the international break in March, winning two 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers and drawing one. Remember when Victor Osimhen’s goals helped them defeat Rwanda 2-0 on the road? Unfortunately, they lost to Zimbabwe 1-1 at home after failing to maintain a narrow one-goal advantage.
In the most recent FIFA World Cup rating, the Super Eagles went from 44th to 43rd place, despite having a very little chance of making it to the World Cup as they are currently in third place in Group C, six points behind South Africa in first place.
