Solomon Dalung, a former Youth and Sports Minister under previous President Muhammadu Buhari, has given the Bola Tinubu administration a dismal performance rating.
Dalung bemoaned that Nigeria has never had it this bad while assessing the current state of affairs in the nation.
He pointed out that the government has done a terrible job in its first two years in power and criticized President Tinubu’s administration for the economic problems that many residents have experienced as a result of government policies.

According to reports, the former minister claimed in an interview with Vanguard that the president had done a lousy job and that the impoverished Nigerians will punish him in the upcoming election.

He claims that President Tinubu’s performance has fallen short of 10%.

In terms of good governance, I believe the nation has never been as bad as it is today over the last two years. This is because good governance improves people’s well-being, and its indices include justice, accountability, and transparency.

These three concepts from the previous two years are now nonexistent. Therefore, the administration has done a poor job if I were to rate them on good governance. Less than 10% was their score, Dalung stated.
