Tiwa Savage, a Nigerian artist, has admitted that she dated men who weren’t more financially stable than she was in the past, which was a mistake.
The “Koroba” singer stated that she is now eager to make amends by dating more affluent men.
Savage revealed in an open interview with Zeze Mills that she is currently in a stage of life where having money is a requirement for selecting a romantic partner.
“I used to make the mistake of dating down by claiming that it’s just love and I don’t care if you’re not making money. Now, though, I believe I need someone who is simply wealthy. I believe I’ve reached that stage. Love is wonderful, but if you want, you can criticize me for want a more affluent partner,” she remarked.
