Lagos State’s All Progressives Congress (APC) chairman, Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, lost his wife, Ebunoluwa Esther Ojelabi.
The governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has sent the family his condolences.
In an emotional post on his Facebook page on Monday, Governor Sanwo-Olu sent Pastor Ojelabi his sympathies and prayed for him during this trying time. Mr. Ojelabi was a remarkable woman who left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. Her life was full of warmth, generosity, and compassion, he said.

“My deepest sympathies go out to Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi on the loss of his cherished wife, Ebunoluwa Esther Ojelabi,” wrote Governor Sanwo-Olu. You are in my thoughts during this trying time. Despite the difficult loss, remember that Mrs. Ojelabi touched many people with her nurturing personality and led a life full of love and compassion.
The governor ended by wishing Mrs. Ojelabi’s soul eternal rest and reaffirming his sympathy for the bereaved family during their difficult period.
