There have been at least two fatalities from an accident that happened at Idi Ayunre on the Ijebu-Ode/Ibadan Road.

It was discovered that three persons were crushed when a Kulum Quarry trailer at Olohunde Ige Village lost control.
Two of the victims were taken to the hospital, and one of them passed away immediately.
