Tuoyo Ideh, a former housemate on Big Brother Naija, has declared her intention to file a lawsuit.
According to reports, this comes after a recent National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) operation, which he claimed left him terrified and hurt.
Three days have passed since the incident, and Tuoyo posted an update on his Instagram story, saying that he is still having difficulty getting over it.
He disclosed that the encouragement he has received via calls and texts from friends, coworkers, and fans has kept him going during this trying time.
He claimed that the nightclub raid, which allegedly happened on Victoria Island in Lagos, caused him both bodily and psychological suffering.
In response to what he called a violation of his human rights, Tuoyo said that he would be pursuing legal action and expressed his hope that justice would be done.
“I won’t lie, I’m still trying to process everything,” he wrote, three days after the NDLEA encounter.
“Even though I’m still in pain and traumatized, I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to everyone who has reached out to me. Your calls, messages, and direct messages have really kept me going.
However, I have made the decision to file a lawsuit against the violation of my human rights, and I hope that justice will be served. Thank you one more.
