After a strong home and away performance, Arsenal astonished football fans worldwide on Wednesday, April 16, defeating Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals, 5-1 on aggregate, to guarantee their spot in the semi-finals.
Arsenal defeated Real Madrid 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday before defeating the 15-time Champions League champions 2-1 in the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium to secure a double.
