De Norsemen Kclub International’s (DNKI) leadership has spoken out over a widely circulated film that purportedly depicts ritualistic blood-related behaviors, vehemently rejecting the allegations as untrue, deceptive, and inconsistent with the organization’s principles.
Alban Aniekanabasi Paulinus, the International President and Skull Executioner of DNKI, stated in a statement released on Tuesday that the fraternity does not partake in any barbaric or cult-related activities, including drinking or sucking blood.
“A video that is currently making the rounds on various media platforms has caught my attention. In it, Chief Chidi Anokwu, the immediate past Skull Executioner, is seen giving Oliver Patrick a skull-shaped cup with a horn while making statements that suggest blood drinking,” Paulinus stated.
“Let me be absolutely clear: De Norsemen Kclub International has never been a cult and does not drink or suck blood.”
The president of DNKI emphasized that the organization is still a humanitarian, sociocultural, and advocacy organization dedicated to serving mankind, justice, dignity, brotherhood, and lawful behavior.
He claims that the words and deeds depicted in the film are immoral, untrue, shameful, and wholly inconsistent with DNKI’s ideology, constitution, and fundamental principles.
“Those people do not speak for this brotherhood in any capacity, nor do they represent DNKI,” he continued.
Paulinus further emphasized that DNKI is based on discipline, accountability, due process, and respect for constituted authority, emphasizing that no member is above the law inside the organization.
The DNKI leadership has established an investigating committee to look into the events surrounding the video in detail and offer recommendations in order to handle the controversy.
“As we address this matter decisively, I urge all well-meaning Norsemen worldwide to remain calm, resolute, and law-abiding,” the message said.
In accordance with the DNKI constitution, he further assured the public and organization members that anyone found guilty would be subject to the proper disciplinary actions without fear or favor.
“We will not allow the careless actions of a few to tarnish our collective integrity. DNKI remains a brotherhood of honor, shared values, service, and justice,” Paulinus declared.
The chairman of the board of trustees, the organization’s founders, and all patrol Skull Executioners across the country received copies of the statement.
Before the DNKI leadership released its official statement, the viral film had generated a lot of internet reactions, with many people questioning the organization’s nature and methods.
