Lere Olayinka, the Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike, has criticized Dino Melaye, a former senator from Kogi West, for backing the opposition coalition led by the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
According to reports, Olayinka called individuals who defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ADC coalition “bad eggs” in an interview with Channels Television.
Melaye, who was creating social media content in his home during the Kogi State election, is now discussing a coalition, according to Olayinka.

“Let the bad eggs go,” he urged. For example, Kogi State is home to one of those rotten eggs who claim to be forming a coalition.

“He was a PDP candidate who spent the election day at home creating stuff for social media.

He didn’t even show up to cast his ballot. The person discussing coalitions is someone who did not cast a ballot in his own election. I am referring to Dino Melaye.

Melaye recently bemoaned the fact that Nigerians are fed up with hunger and instability.

According to him, the public now views the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as a viable option for self-emancipation.

Melaye stated this when he was leaving Kafas Multi-purpose Hall in Lokongoma, Lokoja, following the cancellation of the Kogi State chapter of the ADC’s formal rally.

Under the leadership of Senator Tunde Ogbeha, the ADC’s North Central zone had said that the planned political gathering in honor of the late President Buhari will not take place.
