According to former Zamfara Central senator Kabiru Garba Marafa, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will lose more than a million votes in the 2027 presidential election as a result of his resignation from the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The statement was released on Friday in Gusau by Surajo Garba Maikatako, the Political Leader of the Senator Marafa Support Group and Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Senator Marafa Group, according to reports.
He claims that Marafa’s split from the APC has already renewed his political base and brought in a ton of support from all around the nation.
According to Maikatako, the former senator has received thousands of messages from supporters expressing their solidarity and willingness to accompany him on his next political outing.
The statement says, “I can tell with confidence that Senator Marafa’s political base has been revitalized by his withdrawal from the APC. Numerous calls from fans around the country have been pouring in, expressing their solidarity and willingness to advance Senator Marafa’s political involvement.

“I would also like to reiterate Senator Marafa’s audacious and foretelling declaration that, by the special grace of Almighty Allah (SWT), we will subtract not less than one million votes from the President’s total in the upcoming general election.
