For anyone with information that will help apprehend the TikToker who posted about their father’s death, the family of famous Nollywood actor Pete Edochie has announced a reward.
It was stated that the most recent development occurred after a widely circulated claim of Pete Edochie’s death was refuted by his family and management.
The movie star’s first son, Leo Edochie, called the news of his father’s passing a lie straight out of hell in a widely shared video on his Instagram page.
Leo did, however, reveal in a Facebook post on Thursday night that he had called the Department of State Services (DSS) to request the arrest of the TikToker who had said his father had passed away.
He said that anyone with helpful information should get in touch with the family while the DSS is pursuing the TikToker.
“This young man posted a video on TikTok that our father is dead,” Leo wrote beside a picture of the TikToker. He uses the handle @ONE_BOR 001.
Anyone who has information that will result in his arrest will receive a large cash reward. DSS has been notified and is pursuing him.
“DM me with the details, and you’ll receive your reward in cash as soon as he’s arrested.”
