Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), has stated that the Electoral Amendment Act was passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives in a practical and realistic manner.
Recall that within twenty-four hours after the National Assembly passed the Electoral Act, 2022 (Repeal and Re-Enactment) Bill 2026, President Bola Tinubu signed it into law.
