Prince Tajudeen Olusi, the Chairman of the Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC) in Lagos State, says that God chose Bola Tinubu to be Nigeria’s President.
Olusi said this during the opening of the Ojota-Opebi link bridge, E-GIS, and Alausa complex in Lagos on Wednesday, according to reports.
Olusi, who used to be the President of the Senate, said that Chuba Okadigbo, who was a senator at the time, predicted in 1992 that Tinubu would become President after he stepped down for him because he had a good character.
He remembered how Tinubu started his political career in Ikeja, even though some GAC members wanted him to start on Lagos Island.
He said, “We are all happy that God is guiding President Tinubu in his work. I want to say again that God chose him to be president.”
“I want to remind some people because they may have forgotten, it’s this Ikeja that we are that Tinubu started his political journey. Some of us wanted him to start in Lagos Island, but God said he should start in Ikeja.
“From Ikeja, he became a senator. They wanted to choose a Senate President then, but because he was a good person, he gave up the job to Okadigbo. And God spoke through Okadigbo’s mouth to say that Bola Tinubu, who you see now, will be the next president of Nigeria.
“God sent the same message through me while I was standing here. It also happened in this same Ikeja. Otunba Bola Adewunmi was one of us. He was a great lawyer and at one point was the Chairman of Somolu Local Government. Later, he became a priest and started a church in Iworo, which is near Badagry.
“He called me to his house in Ikeja, Maryland, and said that God told him that Tinubu would be the next president of Nigeria and that I was the one to tell him.”
