Nigerian businessman and socialite, Obi Cubana, has reportedly deleted all Instagram posts relating to the City Boy Movement, a pro-President Bola Tinubu organization.
The development comes after some Nigerians criticised his public endorsement of the Tinubu administration.
Recall that Obi Cubana was named earlier as the South-East Coordinator of the City Boy Movement, a youth-driven political advocacy platform promoting the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The businessman has not issued an official statement on the removal of the posts as of the time of filing this report.
Obi Cubana has been lambasted by some Nigerians following his association with the pro-Tinubu group.
His role in the City Boy Movement prompted responses online, especially from those who blamed him for backing the current government.
The posts that were removed allegedly had to do with his involvement with the movement and its activities.
