Ikemba Front, a political pressure organization inside the All Progressives Congress (APC), has supported Sir Paul Chukwuma, the party’s former National Auditor, in his bid to become governor.
Chukwuma, who is running for governor of Anambra State, has stated his confidence in flying the party’s flag in the November election.
In Awka, the capital of Anambra State, Ikemba Front declared its support for Chukwuma during its endorsement meeting. The party claimed that Chukwuma was the only candidate who shared its values and that he had sufficient influence to challenge the incumbent governor the party would be challenging.
In addition, Dr. Chidi Okoye, the group’s creator, stated during the meeting that Chukwuma’s background, vision, competence, capacity, and competency served as the foundation for their decision.
He stated: “Apart from the fact that Chukwuma’s goals and aspirations coincide with those of the Ikemba Front and our late leader, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.”
Given his height advantage over other contenders, he is the man to beat. He has devoted his time and resources to reestablishing and solidifying the APC in Anambra State in addition to being a dependable and loyal party member.
Because he is a party guy, one of the founding members, and a former national auditor of the party, Sir Paul Chukwuma is the man to beat in the contest. He has belonged to NWC. From what I recall, he has been in bed with the party. He recently obtained offices in all 326 of the state’s wards, including 21 local government offices and APC offices. He is a man who has contributed greatly to the party.

The political party is prepared to work toward Chukwuma becoming the APC’s flag bearer and, eventually, the next governor of Anambra, Okoye promised.
Asserting that the governorship candidate has not met with the group, the Ikemba Front founder denied the rumor that the party has endorsed another candidate, Nicholas Ukachukwu.
Executives from the group, coordinators from the local government, women and youth leaders, and other important stakeholders attended the endorsement meeting.
