Nearly every member of the opposition parties will eventually join the All Progressives Congress (APC), according to Daniel Bwala, a presidential advisor.
The Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, and his predecessor, Ifeanyi Okowa, defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC, and the presidential adviser voiced his happiness about this development.
A former presidential contender in the 2023 race would also join the APC, Bwala said.
“Delta in the bag,” he said, “almost all opposition members are coming, including a former-2023 vice presidential candidate.”

Bwala also referred to the alliance supported by Nasir El-Rufai and Atiku Abubakar as a “coalition of confusing confusion.”
Nigeria only has two political parties, he pointed out.
“Coalition of confused bewilderment,” he added, “una hasn’t seen anything yet. In the 2023 presidential race, a former presidential contender is also getting more interested.
He posted on X that there are only two political parties in Nigeria: the APC and others.
