According to Mustapha Sule Lamido, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) candidate for governor in Jigawa State in the general election of 2023, the by-election for the Garki/Babura Federal Constituency on Saturday will be the pivotal event that ends the APC’s rule in Jigawa State.
During a large campaign event and the handing over of the party’s flag to its candidate for the next by-election in Babura on Wednesday, Lamido made these remarks to the party’s followers.
Nigerians, he added, have had enough of the suffering they have gone through for more than a decade since 2015 and are prepared to vote the party out in favor of peace and harmony.
The APC has been in power in this country for ten years, and he claims that Nigerians are suffering greatly as a result. It is imperative that we remove this administration and begin with the by-election in the Garki/Babura Federal Constituency.

The suffering that the ruling party caused to Nigerians is causing them to be jeered and ridiculed. The APC is pushing the nation backwards both nationally and in the states.
“Based on what I’m witnessing today—a massive gathering—I am certain that APC’s days are coming to an end.”
He urged all of the residents to turn out in large numbers, cast their ballots, stay safe, and make sure their votes were counted.
The PDP is dedicated to meeting the needs, desires, and ambitions of the average person, he said.
In addition, Auwalu Isah Manzo, the PDP candidate, pledged to address the majority of the issues that the constituents have been dealing with throughout the years due to the APC’s deceit in the Green Chamber.
He told the party’s supporters and leadership that he would fight to ensure the party’s triumph and thanked them for the chance.
