Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner Opeyemi Ayanwale, well known as Imisi, has stated that she was shocked to win the recently finished season of the reality show.
When Imisi took the stage on Sunday, she wasn’t expecting to win and wasn’t appropriately attired for the event, she revealed in a post-show interview with Arise TV.
She also discussed how she handled her nervousness right before the winner was revealed.
I found it shocking to win the reality show. To be honest, I did not anticipate winning. Even hearing my name chanted by the audience made me nervous before the show. When the winner was revealed, I was taken aback.
“I am uncomfortable in heels, so I wore Crocs to the stage.” She said, “I didn’t even prepare for the live performance.”
On Sunday, Imisi became victorious in Big Brother Naija Season 10, defeating her closest rival, Dede, by a significant margin.
Her N150 million grand prize, which included a brand-new Innoson SUV and N80 million in cash, was given to her on Tuesday.
