In Abuja, the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) will introduce the Aeronautical Meteorological Bulletin, a new publication that will further improve aircraft services in Nigeria.

According to a statement from NiMet, the bulletin will assist airlines, pilots, air traffic controllers, and ground services in anticipating and managing weather-related issues. It is crucial for flight planning and operations.

According to the statement, Mr. Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, received the bulletin at his Abuja office from Prof. Charles Anosike, Director-General, NiMet.

Weather warnings and alerts, airport weather reports, aircraft route predictions, aviation-specific meteorological conditions, temperature and wind information, and the effects of weather on operations are all covered in the aerometeorological bulletin, according to NiMet.
