According to a source, Boko Haram and the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) have set up new hiding places in the Tuba village, which is close to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) in Borno State’s Jere Local Council.
About 200 motorcycles were seen at a terrorist stronghold in northern Borno State, according to local sources and Jere farmers who spoke to The Guardian.
