A new position with the Federal Government of Nigeria has been secured by Abdullahi Ganduje, the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The new chairperson of the board of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is Ganduje, a former Kano State governor.
Friday, January 24, 2025, saw President Bola Tinubu endorse the appointment of the APC leader.

The Special Advisor to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, made the announcement of this new appointment in a statement.
Along with many others, Ganduje’s appointment was announced, along with that of Felix Morka, an APC spokesperson who was named chairman of the Federal Medical Center, Yenagoa in Bayelsa State.
