Mecvilla is a household name widely known in Ejigbo and its environs. The CEO of Mecvilla, the Bobaselu of Ejigbo, Eze Nwoye, has mastered the art of hospitality and is making waves in the industry. Mecvilla on Saturday had a relaunch, having gone through demolition by the Lagos State Task Force in the past but has been rebuilt; hence the occasion of its first anniversary.

At the event, pressmen had a friendly chat with the CEO of Mecvilla Garden, Eze Nwoye, the Bobaselu of Ejigbo. He revealed during the media chat that he has officially handed over Mecvilla Garden to his first son, Uchenna Nwoye, who is a master chef and familiar with the hospitality business. He also noted that Mecvilla’s return is remodeled to suit customers needs and has top-notch services similar to your regular 5-star hotel.

Eze Nwoye further said:

“We are creating awareness for our customers to know that Mackvilla is back. Mecvilla has a familiar landmark, namely ‘The Mechanic Village’, which affirms that Mecvilla is not a new establishment but has been remodeled uniquely.”

“Our services include good food, affordable lodging, an event center, drinks of all sorts, entertainment, and dinner. More also, we have a professional chef and qualified staffs who undergo training to give the best services to customers.”

“Again, Mecvilla can be easily located using Google descriptions, especially for travelers who want to put up in a comfortable environment upon their return to Nigeria. Foreigners can also put up in Mecvilla comfortably, for we ensure the security and safety of our customers.”

Speaking with Mrs. Chika Nwoye, wife of Eze Nwoye, she added that in the next 5 years, Mecvilla will be competing with 5-star hotels head-on. Says Mecvilla Garden offers comfortability, 24-hour electricity, local and international dishes, and many more services to meet the needs of customers.

Naomisophyblog also learned through the new CEO of Mecvilla, Mr. Uchenna Nwoye, that Mecvilla has restructured in the last 3 months since he took over supervisorship. He said that as a professional chef who has other engagements, he’s inclined to take over his father’s hospitality business (Mecvilla Garden) to create the necessary changes needed for growth and development. Also, the anniversary is meant to stamp Mecvilla’s presence in the community and let the people know that they can get the best services.

Uchenna noted that in these 3 months, he’s observed, learned, and changed certain things to give room for improvements as seen so far. He says it is of importance that customers get good customer service and are happy to return in assurance that they are prioritized; a happy customer aids growth in business.

Uchenna recounted the challenges hospitality businesses face, including shortages of electricity and bad road networks, but Mecvilla, in its capacity, is making sure that none of those factors deter customers’ interest in patronizing Mecvilla Gardens. In the next five years, Uchenna hopes Mecvilla Garden will experience significant growth, consistency, and continued comfortability for customers.

He added that Mecvilla staffs are well trained, the menu list is according to customers’ needs, and it is excellent. The food is handled by professional chefs, the hotel rooms are all new and well maintained with the necessary facilities, there is provision for stable electricity, and the drinks are fairly cold.

Eze Nwoye also used the medium of Mecvilla’s re-launch to urge Nigeria’s respected leaders to create employment opportunities for the unemployed Nigerian youths to enable these youths to stay away from shady dealings and embrace fruitful ventures.
