In a recent video, Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage responded to a social media criticism from a fan who said she was lowering her standards by riding on the back of a truck.
According to reports, the fan said that the singer was demeaning herself in the comment beneath her post.
Tiwa reacted angrily to the remark, claiming that she has developed well beyond the person’s suggestions.
She cautioned the follower not to treat her disrespectfully and reminded her that she is successful and doing well for herself.

In other news, Sophia Momodu, the first mother of Nigerian singer David Adeleke, best known by his stage name Davido, has cautioned fans from referring to her as the musician’s wife.
During an Instagram live session, Sophia reportedly described her encounter with a male content creator who openly called her “OBO’s wife.”
Sophia clarified that she does not like being called Davido’s wife, emphasizing the need of honoring people’s decisions and unions.
Sophia claims that she has moved on from the singer and encouraged her followers to follow suit.
She also implied that she is dating someone.
