According to reports, Gumi revealed his thoughts on the geopolitical turmoil around the nation in a Facebook post on Tuesday.

The cleric said the crisis should not be seen as an outright assault on Iranians.

He wrote, “They are fighting the Islamic Republic, not the Iranian people.”

Gumi also voiced hope regarding Persians’ future contributions to Islam, pointing out that they would play a crucial part in protecting the religion.

The Persians will fly the Islamic flag, which stands for defiance against evil, at the end of time. The end of evil is near, therefore there’s no need to grieve,” he continued.

The priest also warned people not to make fun of Allah’s name, emphasizing that God has last say.

“As for making fun of Allah’s name. Gumi declared, “Allah the Almighty is already in control.

Following an earlier warning from US President Donald Trump, Gumi’s remarks coincide with escalating tensions with Iran.

The message was delivered by Trump on his Truth Social platform, which increased worries about the situation around the world.
