Supporters of the impeached Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, flocked to the Ikeja Lodge on Saturday, January 25.
Since his impeachment, Obasa has been out of the United States of America, and supporters of the congressman were present to greet him.
A strong contingent of fans wearing caps and crested t-shirts showed up to show their support for the former Speaker, who is scheduled to arrive in Lagos today.

Lawmakers from the Lagos House of Assemnly impeached the troubled Speaker while he was in the United States, and he is currently facing allegations of fraud.
Mojisola Meranda, a former deputy speaker of the House, was appointed as the new Speaker right away, replacing him.
